Alexander has many years of experience in sales and management leading teams up to 80 employees. He acquired his experience of personnel and management in Germany and the USA.
Alexander Gross has special competences but mainly focuses in the fields of executive search, direct search and temporary employment for specialists and executives. He is also a trainer for HR consulting in start-up companies as well as an experienced interim manager in the HR area and personnel development.
Prior to his self-employment as a personnel consultant, Alexander Gross was Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Board in a German branch of a global company.
Alexander speaks German and English.
